MONORĀ – No Return, No Refund (Exchange Only) Policy
At MONORA, we take great pride in crafting premium ethnic wear with attention to detail, quality, and fit. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return & No Refund
All purchases made on MONORA are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)
We offer exchange strictly for size issues only, subject to the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, stains, or alteration will not be eligible.
Exchange is allowed one time per order.
3. Exchange Process
Customers must contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Clear images of the product
- Reason for exchange (size issue)
- Once approved, customers may be required to ship the product back to our warehouse.
- Reverse shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.
Exchange will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection.
In case the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Products purchased during special promotions (unless stated otherwise)
5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
