We currently offer shipping across India (Pan India).

2. Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

During launches or high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

5. Prepaid Orders

MONORĀ accepts prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

6. Delays & External Factors

MONORĀ is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partner disruptions
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Customers are requested to ensure accurate address information at checkout.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts:

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
